This prestigious award honors Scouters who have provided exceptional service to youth through their contributions to Scouting at the district level. \nWhether you’re recognizing a fellow volunteer\, celebrating the achievements of Scouting leaders\, or simply joining the district in showing appreciation for those who give their time and talents\, this evening is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the people who make Scouting thrive. \nGreat leaders make Scouting possible.
